PARQ

Parking system for parking operators.

Multi-storey car parks, underground car parks and open parking areas at several locations can be run in one system. Short-stay, long-term parkers and bookable tickets run side by side, and revenue, occupancy and outstanding claims can be evaluated per location and across all locations.

For parking operators: what to look out for.

Anyone who runs multi-storey car parks, underground car parks and sites as a business usually measures a system by two things: how much work daily operation involves, and how cleanly the money can be traced. For parking operators and car park operators, PARQ puts all locations in one portal, separately evaluable and separately controllable, with their own tariffs for short-stay and long-term parkers. Payments are tied to the parking session, anyone who leaves without paying can pay online for 48 hours, and after that the violation goes automatically to the service provider you work with. In addition there is the existing technology: a switch is only worthwhile if barriers, pay stations and tills do not all have to be replaced at the same time, so whatever is still good is connected. Evaluations and raw data go by export or interface into your accounting and reporting. If a location is added, it runs in the same portal, with its own rules and its own evaluation.

Configurator: estimate your parking system.

Put together your installations step by step and receive an initial projection. The actual equipment and prices may differ from it.

Free parking or paid parking?

The equipment of the PARQ System depends on it. This can be set differently for each site.

The amounts are estimates based on our prices, net, including installation, system technology and commissioning as in the configurator, excluding foundations and on-site connection. They are not quotes: the actual equipment and prices may vary. In a conversation we will calculate your site in detail.

Parking operators: common questions.

Yes. Existing equipment is integrated as far as its control system allows, and only what is missing is added, cameras at the entrances for example. That keeps the conversion small, saves costs and keeps the area usable during the changeover. What is possible in each case is something we look at in advance.

All properties run in one portal, each with its own rules, its own tariffs and its own authorisations. Revenue, utilisation and outstanding receivables can be viewed per site and compared with one another. If a property is added, you set it up without anything changing for the others.
