Visitors and people, counted automatically with a sensor or camera above the entrance. A standalone service, entirely without a parking system.
People counting automatically records how many people come and go and can be booked on its own as a separate service at any time, without a parking system. If you also use the PARQ parking system, for example as a local authority, you can get people counting free of charge as well. We count entries and exits and show how many visitors are on site at the same time and when the peaks occur: at events and festivals, at trade fairs, in town centres and at entrances.
How it workspeople counting.
A people count measures how many people pass an entrance and in which direction. Above each entrance and exit there is a people counter for this: depending on the entrance, a sensor or a camera with AI that evaluates directly in the device and recognises people, not faces. From in and out, occupancy is derived live. Data leaves the camera only as counts, encrypted via mobile network to the portal. There they are available live and over time, by hour, day and period. At festivals, events and trade fairs, the values give a view of inflow and outflow. The figures can be exported or passed on at any time. Counting is permanent or temporary, for example only for the duration of an event. If you also use the PARQ parking system, for example as a municipality, people counting is also possible free of charge. How many counters are needed depends on the number of entrances and exits.

At festivals, events and trade fairs, inflow and outflow show live when it gets busy. In town centres, this lets you follow visitor footfall. The values can be exported or passed on to your own systems.
