Parking system for hospitals.
Visitors, staff, suppliers and emergencies share the same area. At the clinic car park, the rules can be separated by group: visitors, for example, pay by time, staff are authorised via the licence plate, and access to the emergency department stays clear at all times.

Parking at hospitals: what to look out for.
At a hospital, groups that have little in common often meet: visitors with short stays, staff changing shifts, emergency services, suppliers and long-term parkers from the neighbourhood. A parking system for hospitals has to separate these groups cleanly, without anyone waiting at a barrier. With PARQ, this is done via the licence plate: staff and service providers are authorised permanently, visitors pay, for example, according to your tariff, and separate rules for selected people apply to separated zones with their own access. Anyone who parks there without authorisation is recorded as a violation. For shift changes, authorisations can be set up according to duty times, for example only for the length of a shift. This way, nothing is ever charged for emergency services. Because parking at a hospital is often an emotional topic, clear rules and reachable contacts matter: you decide per area how long visitors may park for free and when a tariff applies.
Configurator: estimate your parking system.
Put together your installations step by step and receive an initial projection. The actual equipment and prices may differ from it.
Free parking or paid parking?
The equipment of the PARQ System depends on it. This can be set differently for each site.
The amounts are estimates based on our prices, net, including installation, system technology and commissioning as in the configurator, excluding foundations and on-site connection. They are not quotes: the actual equipment and prices may vary. In a conversation we will calculate your site in detail.

Hospitals: common questions.
Both groups get their own rules, and with a separate access also their own zones. The reports show separately how and when each group parks, plus a lot of other data. You can adjust the rules along the way.
Access for emergency services and the fire brigade stays clear. Vehicles arriving in an emergency can be authorised at short notice, for example via a tablet at reception, so that nothing is charged for them. Vehicles belonging to emergency services and staff on standby duty can stay permanently authorised, so that nobody has to think about a rule in an emergency.
