Reports and analytics in the PARQ system
Reports and analytics show how your parking areas are actually used: occupancy over the course of the day, peak times, parking duration, revenue by payment method and much more, by area and time period. The figures are available as a report in the portal, as a raw data export or directly in your BI tool. This allows tariffs and areas to be planned on the basis of real data.
Reports and analytics at a glance
The reports and analytics show utilisation, times, parking duration and revenue per area and period, plus the export and the event log.

Evaluations in everyday use.
The reports and analytics show how your parking areas are actually used, instead of estimating it. Ready in the portal are utilisation over the day, peak times, parking duration, payment methods, revenue and outstanding receivables, each per area and period. Beyond that, every parking session supplies a great deal more data, and further reports are added continuously. This allows decisions to be justified: whether a tariff shifts the peaks, whether the free period is too long, whether an area really is too small or is only full at the wrong hour. Anyone who needs other figures, the treasury, management or owners for example, receives them as an export in JSON, XML, CSV, Excel or PDF or directly via an interface, including in Power BI, Tableau or Google Looker. There is also an event log that records who changed what in the portal and when. Which values you want to see is your decision, and the reports follow your parking area.
What you can analyse
The most important figures are ready in the portal, separated by area and period. Beyond that, every parking session supplies a great deal more data, and all of it can be processed further as raw data.
- Daily rhythm: average occupancy by time of day with range of variation
- Utilisation during core hours and how often the area is effectively full
- Arrivals and departures per hour
- Parking duration distribution, long-term parkers and turning around without parking
- Revenue per area and payment method
- And a great deal more
Pass on instead of typing out
The treasury, management or owners want to see different figures from operations. Reports can be exported and passed to existing systems via interfaces, from accounting to the traffic guidance system.

Reports and analytics: common questions.
Occupancy over the course of the day, parking duration, arrivals and departures, revenue by payment method and by site, occupancy of individual zones. That is only a selection: the portal offers considerably more reports, and the raw data can also be exported.
Yes, as a file in several formats for your own processing, in Excel for example, or continuously via the interface into your reporting tool, Power BI for example. That way accounting, controlling and administration work with the same figures, without anyone having to type values out by hand or compile lists.
For tariff decisions, one look a month is enough, because it takes several weeks to show how a change takes effect. After an event it is worth looking straight afterwards, while the day is still fresh. The figures are in the portal continuously anyway, so there is no fixed date for it.
