Counting is a standalone service that can be booked separately at any time, entirely without a parking system. If you also use the PARQ parking system, for example as a local authority, you can get counting free of charge as well. We capture how many vehicles and people are moving, when the peaks occur and how the frequency develops: on roads and at junctions, in city centres, at events and trade fairs.

What is counting?
Counting records how many vehicles or people pass a defined point, and in which direction. For traffic counting, a camera observes a counting line at the entrance, at the junction or on the road and distinguishes, among others, cars, HGVs, bicycles and e-scooters. For people counting, depending on the entrance, a sensor or a camera with AI above the entrance counts separately who comes in and who leaves. Evaluation takes place in the device in each case: only counts go to the portal, no licence plates, transmitted encrypted via mobile network. In the portal you see the figures live and over time, by hour, day and period, and pass them on as an export or via an interface. Counting is a standalone service that can be booked individually, entirely without a parking system, permanently or for a limited period. If you also use the PARQ parking system, for example as a municipality, it is also possible free of charge. Where counting takes place and over what period, we determine together with you.

No. Counting is a standalone service and can be booked on its own. It works on areas without a parking system just as it does on areas you operate with PARQ.
Figures only. Camera and sensor evaluate in the device; only counts go to the portal, no licence plates. Transmission is encrypted over the mobile network, and no dedicated network is needed on site. That keeps the effort on site small.
In the portal you see the values live and over time, by hour, day and period. You export the raw data or pass it directly to your own systems via an interface, to a data platform, a reporting tool or a traffic guidance system for example.
