Parking system for local authorities.
Swimming pool, hiking car park, museum courtyard, town hall square: the parking management of municipal car parks stays in the hands of the town or municipality. The administration sets tariffs, maximum parking duration and authorisations itself, the revenue stays in the budget, and all sites come together in one portal.

Parking management in municipalities: what to look out for.
A parking system for municipalities has to regulate several sites at the same time, each with its own use and its own public. Each site gets its own tariffs, its own time windows and its own authorisations, for example for the depot, staff or residents. Seasonal peaks, markets and festivals can be set up in advance as a time-limited special rule, without anyone having to go to the equipment on site. Vehicles are captured by licence plate recognition and paid for by app, QR code or online, at the pay station if you wish. For accountability to the treasury, council and citizens, income per site, occupancy over the course of the day, every tariff change and many further reports are traceable in the portal and can be exported or passed on via an interface. When a site is added, it is set up in the portal without anything changing on the others.
Configurator: estimate your parking system.
Put together your installations step by step and receive an initial projection. The actual equipment and prices may differ from it.
Free parking or paid parking?
The equipment of the PARQ System depends on it. This can be set differently for each site.
The amounts are estimates based on our prices, net, including installation, system technology and commissioning as in the configurator, excluding foundations and on-site connection. They are not quotes: the actual equipment and prices may vary. In a conversation we will calculate your site in detail.

Local authorities: common questions.
The local authority sets sites, tariffs, time windows and groups in the portal and changes them itself at any time. Licence plate recognition captures entry and exit, payment is made via app, QR code, online afterwards or, on request, at the pay station. Operation, rules and income stay in the hands of the local authority; an operator in between isn't necessary.
Yes. Every area has its own tariffs, its own time windows and its own reports, all together in one portal. The multi-storey car park on the market square can have different prices from the hikers' car park or the open-air pool. Both can be analysed: each area on its own and all areas together.
This can be mapped as well: you set a free parking period, two hours for example, and define at what point exceeding it counts as a violation. Anyone who leaves in time pays nothing and has nothing to do. Overruns are recorded automatically, without anyone having to check on site.
