Tariffs in the PARQ system
In the PARQ Portal, you decide for yourself what parking costs on each area, for example €1.50 per hour, the first half hour free and a maximum of €10 per day. Different prices can apply at weekends and at night than on weekdays during the day. Changes take effect immediately or from a start date, without anyone having to work on the equipment on site.
Tariffs at a glance
Here the tariffs of each site are shown side by side: prices per hour, free time at the start and a possible daily maximum.

Car park tariffs day to day.
Whether short-stay visitors, guests or long-term parking: a tariff determines what parking costs. An example: the first half hour is free, after that each hour or part of an hour costs €1.50, up to a maximum of €10 a day. In the PARQ portal the tariff is tied to the site area, not to the location: the swimming pool gets different prices from the hiking car park, and the underground car park different ones from the visitor car park in front of it. Different rules can be set for short-stay and long-term parkers, as well as separate time windows for weekdays, weekends, evenings or seasons. You make changes yourself, for one area or for all together, immediately or with a start date, for example at the start of the season or for a festival. Nobody has to go to the equipment on site for this. Your drivers see what applies at the pay station, on the sign and in the app, and billing automatically follows the tariff stored for the respective parking session. And because every session carries its tariff with it, it remains traceable later how an amount came about.
One tariff per area, not per site
The swimming pool needs different prices from the hikers' car park, the underground car park different ones from the visitor car park in front of it. That is why the tariff is tied to the parking area. Anyone operating several areas still manages them in one portal.
- Free period at the start, for short visits for example
- Price per hour started
- Daily maximum rate
- Separate rates for evening, weekend, season and events
Changes without detours
Prices change, festivals come up, the season begins. You make such changes yourself, for one area or for all of them, immediately or with a start date. You do not have to commission anyone for it.
Who in your organisation may change tariffs is controlled through the permissions in the portal.

Tariffs: common questions.
Yes. Tariffs are tied to the area, not to the site: the swimming pool gets different prices from the hikers' car park, the underground car park different ones from the visitor car park in front of it. Time windows are part of the tariff, that is weekday, weekend, evening or season, and can be set separately per area.
Yes, with a start date. That way you store the summer tariff as early as spring, or the special tariff for an event day weeks in advance. On the effective date the new rule applies automatically, without anyone having to go to the equipment on site, and the change remains traceable in the portal.
Yes, a free period at the start can be set, thirty minutes or one hour for example. After that your area's tariff applies. Anyone who leaves again within the free period pays nothing and has nothing to do. How long the free period is, is your decision per area.
Yes. Anyone who should park free of charge permanently is stored with their licence plate via an authorisation. If long-term parkers are to pay, you handle that with a bookable ticket, for example a monthly ticket. Both can run side by side, differently for each site.
