Authorisations in the PARQ system

With authorisations, you store licence plates for which your own rules apply on your area. Staff, residents or suppliers can then park free of charge. Authorisation can be granted individually, as a group or via a list, permanently or for a limited time. Once an authorisation ends, you remove the licence plate in the portal. There are no cards or chips to collect.

Authorisations at a glance

The list shows which licence plates are authorised, for which area, in which group and until when the authorisation applies.

Authorisations day to day.

An authorisation is a stored licence plate for which your own rules apply on your area: anyone with authorisation parks free of charge. You can grant authorisation individually, as a group, or via an imported list, for example for staff, tenants or a supplier. Groups keep the rules together, so you enter the authorisation rules once and they are applied to all licence plates. Every authorisation can be time-limited, for example for a visit day or a delivery, and then ends automatically. There is nothing to collect when someone leaves: if a tenant moves out or an employment ends, you remove the licence plate and the authorisation is gone. No card, no chip, no locksmith. In the portal, you can see at any time which licence plates are authorised, in which group and until when. Anyone with authorisation notices no difference at the entrance, except that they pay nothing.

Individually, as a group or as a list

You can enter a licence plate in seconds. For an entire workforce or a list of tenants, it works via an import. Groups keep the rules clear.

  • Permanent authorisation, for staff for example
  • Time-limited authorisation, for visitors or tradespeople for example
  • Import whole lists and remove them again
  • Separate rules per group and area

Changes without cards and chips

If a tenant moves out or an employment ends, the licence plate is removed. No card has to be collected and no chip blocked. That is the difference from systems that rely on tokens.

Authorisations: common questions.

You enter the licence plate in the portal, choose the group and the period, and from then on the authorisation applies at the entrance. For many vehicles at once, a workforce or a list of tenants for example, there is the import. Nobody needs cards or chips for it.

Yes. Authorisations can be time-limited, for a visit, a delivery or a tradesperson's appointment for example. When the period expires the authorisation ends by itself, and nobody has to remember to withdraw it. Recurring periods are also possible, for a fixed delivery day each week for example.

The old tenant's licence plate is removed, the new one's is entered, and the authorisation applies to them immediately. No card needs to be collected and no fob deactivated, and a locksmith doesn't come into it either. The change takes seconds and is traceably documented in the portal.
