Estimate your parking system.

Select your industry, describe your facilities and see which hardware your area needs.

Coordinated rather than pieced together.

Cameras, pay stations, screens and software work together as one system.

Intuitive, not in need of explanation.

Interfaces you do not have to look up again after the handover.

Preconfigured, not laboriously set up.

The devices arrive fully configured; the system is usually running around 30 days after ordering.

Multi-storey or underground car park

Two entrances and two exits, around 300 spaces, free access: four cameras, two pay stations without cash and signage. If access is to be strictly limited, a barrier is added per entry or exit.

One-off, including installation and commissioning

from approx. 28.500 €

Software, ongoing

from approx. 930 € / month

These five points determine the amount.

  1. 01Entries and exitsusually one camera per entry or exitCameras are calculated per entry or exit: a shared entry and exit generally needs one camera, and separate entries and exits usually one each.
  2. 02Free or paidwith or without a pay stationIf parking stays free and the only aim is for the rules to be observed (enforcement), cameras and signage are enough. If parking costs something (parking management), parkers pay by app, QR code or online; pay stations can be added if you wish, and how many depends on the size of the site.
  3. 03Entranceusually without a barrierIn general, the entrance stays open and the camera captures the licence plate on entry and exit. Only where access is to be strictly limited is a barrier added for each entry or exit; an existing one is connected.
  4. 04Connection on siteInstallationMasts and foundations at the entrance are added where they are missing. This is usually the item with the widest range.
  5. 05Softwareongoing, based on sizePortal, integrations, mobile connectivity and updates run as a monthly amount, depending on the size of the area.

The amounts are estimates based on our prices, net, including installation, system technology and commissioning as in the configurator, excluding foundations and on-site connection. They are not quotes: the actual equipment and prices may vary. In a conversation we will calculate your site in detail.

Questions about the hardware.

If parking is to stay free and run by rules only (in the industry: enforcement), cameras with licence plate recognition and signage at the entrances are enough. The system watches maximum parking duration, authorisations and unauthorised parkers. Screens can be added on request, a pay station only if parking costs money; a barrier only where access is to be strictly limited.

For the paid site (in the industry: parking management), cameras with licence plate recognition for each entry or exit, and signage. Pay stations and screens at the entrance can be added if you wish, a barrier only where access is to be strictly limited. Payment is by app, via QR code, online afterwards or at the pay station.

In general, one per entry or exit. A shared entry and exit usually needs one camera, a separate entry and exit two. With several entrances, you can add up the entries and exits as a rule of thumb. The configurator works this out for your sites.

Barriers and roller doors can be connected as far as their controls allow, and existing pay and cashier machines depending on the manufacturer. Only what cannot be connected is replaced; what is missing is added. This keeps the conversion small, and the area stays usable during the changeover.

All three ways are possible. If none of them fits, we will work out an individual model for your site together. With the PARQ parking system, the software is included, as a monthly usage fee. You can also buy the hardware separately, without the PARQ parking system. The hardware arrives pre-configured and ready to use, connected via mobile network. Add the devices to your request list in the catalogue, and we'll get in touch for a first conversation to work out the procurement together with you.
