Licence plate capture in the car park: privacy day to day.
Capturing licence plates raises questions: from staff, from the works council, from guests. That is why the rule in the PARQ system is that only what is needed for the parking session is recorded. That is the licence plate with a timestamp, nothing more: no faces, no vehicle occupants, no continuous video recording. Transmission is encrypted, data is stored for as long as it is needed for billing and proof, and deleted afterwards. Access in the portal depends on roles, and anyone maintaining tariffs does not need to see session data. The data processing agreement is part of the contract we conclude with you. Before entering, your drivers see on the sign that licence plates are captured and what they are used for.
