With PARQ, this works via a QR code next to the charging point. Anyone charging enters their licence plate there and uploads the charging receipt. Your rule for those charging then applies, for example free parking. The area's usual rules apply to everyone else. You decide which rule applies to those charging and can change it at any time in the portal, without anyone having to work on the equipment on site.
