Pay in the PARQ system
Your parkers use the method that suits them, and you decide which payment methods apply on your area. For your parkers, that means no ticket, no searching for change and no queue if they would rather pay on their phone. For you, all payments come together in one portal.
Pay at a glance
Every parker pays in whatever way is easiest for them. No matter which option: all payments come together in the same parking system, and you see them collected in the portal.
- At the pay station: card, contactless or Apple/Google Pay, and with the PARQ Automat A2 cash too
- Via app or QR code
- Online afterwards, without a parking ticket
Payment in everyday use.
Your parkers pay at the pay station, via a parking app, by QR code on the sign or online afterwards. The pay station accepts card, contactless, Apple/Google Pay and cash; the licence plate is entered directly at the device, so no ticket is needed. The interface carries your logo and your colours. Parking apps are integrated, including common providers from Germany and Europe, and anyone not using an app scans the QR code or pays later in the browser. A pay station is not mandatory: there are areas that run purely via app, QR code and online payment. Every payment is linked to the parking session, so you can see straight away in the portal what has been paid and what remains open. For you, that means less cash on site; for your parkers, a payment method they already use anyway.

Pay: common questions.
At the pay station: card, contactless, Apple/Google Pay and cash, each by entering the licence plate. In addition there are integrated parking apps, the QR code on the sign and online payment afterwards in the browser. You decide yourself which of these options apply on your parking area.
No. Even if parking costs something, parkers can pay without a pay station at all: via app, by QR code on the sign or online afterwards. A pay station is added if parkers should also be able to pay on site with card or cash. If parking stays free, cameras and signage are enough. Pay stations can be added later.
The session remains as an open claim, and the parker can pay online within 48 hours. You see the licence plate, area, period and amount. If the claim stays open longer, it automatically becomes a violation that goes to your service provider for processing, with the contractual penalty you have set.
