Parking system for municipal utilities.
Multi-storey car parks, underground car parks, park-and-ride sites, car parks at swimming pools and event venues: where municipal utilities operate their parking areas themselves, PARQ supplies the parking system for it. All areas sit in one portal, each with its own tariffs, authorisations and rules. Parking sessions, payments and utilisation can be passed on via open interfaces to billing, traffic management systems, the Mobilithek and much more.

Parking at municipal utilities: what to look out for.
Where utility companies run multi-storey car parks, underground car parks and car parks themselves, the parking system has to fit into existing processes rather than become an island of its own. Responsibilities can be separated by roles, for example between operations and billing. Where charging points are on the site, people charging enter their licence plate via a QR code and upload the charging receipt; after that, for example, free parking applies. Existing barriers, gates and pay stations are kept where possible. Through open interfaces the data goes into your existing systems. That way parking stays part of the operation and does not become a second, separate administration.
Configurator: estimate your parking system.
Put together your installations step by step and receive an initial projection. The actual equipment and prices may differ from it.
Free parking or paid parking?
The equipment of the PARQ System depends on it. This can be set differently for each site.
The amounts are estimates based on our prices, net, including installation, system technology and commissioning as in the configurator, excluding foundations and on-site connection. They are not quotes: the actual equipment and prices may vary. In a conversation we will calculate your site in detail.

Municipal utilities: common questions.
Next to every charging point hangs a QR code: anyone charging enters their licence plate there and uploads the charging receipt; after that, free parking, for example, applies. The area's usual rules apply to all other vehicles.
Yes, via open interfaces. For example to the Mobilithek or to your own control system. Utilisation, occupancy, reports and analytics and much more can be passed on. We work out together which fields the target system expects, so that the values from your areas feed into traffic management without manual work.
