Parking at hotels: what to look out for.
In a hotel, parking is usually part of the stay: guests should not have to wait at a barrier or look for a ticket. And reception should not turn into car park administration. At the same time, the parking area is often scarce and used by outside parkers: anyone who does not belong to the hotel pays according to your tariff. Anyone who ignores the rules is recorded as a violation and transmitted to your service provider. And because every authorisation is linked to the licence plate, guests need neither a card nor a code to drive in, not even when arriving late. If guests leave early, any excess parking fee is refunded automatically – your guests only pay for the actual parking time.

Yes. External parkers are subject to their own tariffs, which you set yourself. For example by the hour, for the evening or as a monthly ticket. You decide how many monthly tickets you issue. This can be changed at any time in the portal.
