Parking system for residential and office property.
Residents, tenants, staff and visitors park under different rules on the same site. Tenants and staff are authorised via the licence plate, visitors get a time-limited permit, and when a tenant changes, the management swaps one entry in the portal instead of cards or fobs.

Parking in residential and office property: what to look out for.
In residential and office properties, the parking space usually belongs to a tenancy. The real task is not collecting money but telling people apart: who belongs to the building, who is a visitor and who is parking here without authorisation. With PARQ, this distinction is tied to the licence plate, and outside parkers on the company premises or in the courtyard stand out without anyone going round to check. For property management, what counts is that changeovers happen quickly: a tenant moves out, the next one moves in, the parking space stays the same and only the licence plate is swapped. Where an underground car park is secured with a gate or barrier, the existing system is connected, as far as its controller allows, and controlled via the licence plate instead of being replaced. What happens on the site remains traceable for the management without anyone having to keep lists.
Configurator: estimate your parking system.
Put together your installations step by step and receive an initial projection. The actual equipment and prices may differ from it.
Free parking or paid parking?
The equipment of the PARQ System depends on it. This can be set differently for each site.
The amounts are estimates based on our prices, net, including installation, system technology and commissioning as in the configurator, excluding foundations and on-site connection. They are not quotes: the actual equipment and prices may vary. In a conversation we will calculate your site in detail.

Residential and office property: common questions.
The property management or the tenant registers the licence plate for a period, for a weekend or a tradesperson's appointment for example. The authorisation then ends automatically, and nobody has to remember to withdraw it. Cards or chips for visitors are no longer needed.
The old licence plate is removed in the portal, the new one entered, the parking space stays unchanged. No card has to be collected and no chip blocked, and nobody has to swap anything on site. The change takes seconds and is documented traceably in the portal.
